The working protocol for smile design treatments known as Skyn Concept, is the perfect combination between technology and craftsmanship, achieving aesthetic digital dentistry and the use of minimally invasive materials and techniques. 

SKYN ceramic veneers are feldspathic veneers made from an exact copy of beautiful natural teeth. This digital technique is based on natural algorithms to manufacture these kind of veneers, unlike the conventional porcelain veneers that are manufactured by our own laboratory technician where we try to reproduce the aesthetics of beautiful teeth.

The procedure begins with a scan of the mouth using our intraoral scanner.

Forget conventional impressions with pastes in the mouth, now we can study in detail and in 3D all the function of our patient as well as being able to overlap this model in 3D with a 3D photo of our patient to be able to make a virtual smile design.

After studying your case Dr. Llansana will choose some teeth, replicas of natural teeth, suitable for your facial aesthetic and will design by hand your future smile thus getting to see and comment on the improvements of your smile.

Using the previous design Dr. Llansana will make photos and videos for you, so you can take them home to show to your relatives.

Thanks to this system we can make veneers that are an exact copy of natural teeth, adapting them to the face of our patient.

How does the smile design work with the skyn concept protocol?

1. Analysis of the patient's expectations and preferences.

2. Intraoral scanner and a facial scanner to obtain a 3D of your face and your teeth.

3. Live selection of the most appropriate natural teeth for the face of our patient, direct mouth test of these so that our patient can preview the final smile.

4. Final design of your smile, print-out of a 3D model and direct test on your teeth, without modifying them or altering them, to check their conformity and adaptation.

5. Definitive treatment

When are SKYN ceramic veneers indicated?

The indication of this type of veneers is not different from conventional ceramic veneers. We can indicate minimally invasive treatments:
